Bourdon tube - double - is also known as a spring catch and is used with aluminium frame. There are two types of Bourdon tubes, those with one lug (single Bourdon tube) and those with two lugs (double Bourdon tube). The tube springs are used to hold together the tubes that are inserted into each other.
