Original Klepper hand tiller for operating the steering device when sailing. The hand tiller can be used from the sail seat, since you can not reach the foot control from the seat.
It is attachted to the boomerang.
The hand tiller is deliverd with the matching harness incl. bluckle and the corresponding ropes.
